Syrische geflüchtete kinder in der Türkei und in Deutschland : nicht regierungsorganısationen, die im bereich bildung tätig sind

Abstract

In this study were analyzed the subjective approaches of the employees working for nongovernmental organizations that are active for the education of Syrian refugee children in Germany and Turkey. For this analysis, qualitative research methods were used, and semi-structured interviews were conducted. Interview results were grouped by the help of the category formation method, and outcomes were interpreted. The focus of the research is the examination of the perceptions, differences, and similarities of nongovernmental organization employees regarding education, in two different countries: Germany and Turkey. First, the studies on education, non-governmental organizations, and refugee children, additionally the elements that can affect the outcomes, such as laws, were expressed, then the qualitative research was conducted. According to the outcomes of the study, it was observed that the perceptions regarding education show similarities in two different countries and among the employees. On the other hand, differences regarding the focused areas in two different countries were noticed. Furthermore, perceptional differences between the employees in two different countries were also observed while the opinions of the employees in the same countries were more close to each other. In the conclusion part of the thesis, hypothesizes were formed by the help of the gathered and analyzed data.

Bu çalışmada Türkiye ve Almanya’da yaşayan Suriyeli mülteci çocukların eğitimi alanında çalışmalar düzenleyen Sivil Toplum Kuruluşları çalışanlarının, subjektif yaklaşımları incelenmiştir. Bu inceleme için nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden yararlanılmış ve yarı yapılandırılmış mülakatlar yürütülmüştür. Mülakat sonuçları ise kategori oluşturma yöntemi ile gruplandırılıp, sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmanın odak noktasını, Sivil Toplum Kuruluşu çalışanlarının algıları ile eğitim ile ilgili konularda olası görüş farklılıkları ve ortak noktalarının Almanya ve Türkiye, iki farklı ülke, bazında incelenmesi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada daha önce, eğitim, Sivil Toplum Kuruluşları, mülteci çocuklar üzerine yapılmış çalışmalar ve buna ek olarak, yasalar gibi iki ülkede farklılık gösteren ve sonuçları etkileyebilecek faktörler ortaya konulmuş ve akabinde nitel araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmalar sonucunda ortaya konulan sonuçlara göre; eğitim konusunda genel algıların her iki ülkede ve çalışanların kendi içlerinde parallellik gösterdiği görülmüştür. Paralellik olmakla beraber iki ülkede fokus olunan konularda farklılıklar olduğu göze çarpmıştır. Bu farklılıklar ile beraber iki ülkede çalışanların algılarında da farklılıklar olduğu gözlemlenmiş olup, aynı ülkede çalışmalar yürüten çalışanların görüşlerinde konular farklılaşsa da daha çok ortak nokta ve paralellik tespit edilmiştir. Tezin sonuç kısmında, toplanmış ve analiz edilmiş veriler ışığında hipotezler ortaya konulmuştur.
