| dc.description.abstract | Bilim ve teknolojide kaydedilen gelişmelerle teknoloji artık herkesin yaşamının ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır. Buna bağlı olarak da gelecek nesillerin sahip olması gereken yetkinlikler arasında dijital teknolojilerin etkin kullanımı öne çıkan bir parametre hâline gelmiştir. Ancak bu yetkinliğin gelecek nesillere kazandırılması öğretmenlerin de yetkin olması ile mümkündür. Bu bağlamda öncelikle öğretmenlerin dijital yetkinlik konusundaki durumlarının tespiti önem arz ettiğinden birçok ölçek geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen ölçekler yabancı dilde olup dil ve bağlamlar faktörleri göz önünde bulundurulduğunda ülkemiz öğretmenlerinin dijital yetkinliklerinin tespiti noktasında Türkçe bir ölçeğe ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Belirtilen bu ihtiyaç doğrultusunda bu çalışma kapsamında Eğitimciler için Dijital Yeterlilikler (DigCompEdu) Çerçevesi temel alınarak hazırlanan Eğitimciler için Dijital Yeterlilikler Ölçeği’nin Türkçeye uyarlanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda öğretmenlerden oluşan bir çalışma grubu üzerinde yapılan geçerlilik, güvenirlik çalışmaları ile ölçeğin Türkçe formunun geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma kapsamında uyarlanan ölçeğin uygulanması ile elde edilecek veriler sayesinde eğitim paydaşlarına yol gösterici ipuçları sunulabilir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | With the developments in science and technology, technology has become an integral part of everyone’s life. Accordingly, the effective use of digital technologies has become a prominent parameter in the competencies that future generations should have. However, it is only possible to gain these competencies to future generations if teachers are also competent in this field. In this context, since it is important to determine the status of teachers regarding digital competency, many scales have been developed. The scales developed are in English, and considering the language and context factors of our country’s teachers, a Turkish scale is needed to determine the digital competencies. In order to meet this need, it is aimed to adapt the Digital Competence Scale for Educators to Turkish, which is prepared on the basis of Digital Competencies for Educators (DigCompEdu) Framework. For this purpose, it was determined that the Turkish form of the scale was valid and reliable with the validity and reliability studies conducted on a study group consisting of teachers. With the help of data obtained from the application of the adapted scale, guiding clues can be provided to education stakeholders. | |
