dc.description.abstractTanrı ve ahlak arasındaki ilişkinin, en geç Platon düşüncesinde felsefesi bir hüviyet kazanmış olduğu söylenebilir. Platon, bu meseleyi Euthyphron diyaloğunda felsefi bir problem haline getirmiştir ve Tanrı ve ahlak ilişkisini paradoksal olarak ele almıştır. Çağdaş dünyada bu ikilem, “Tanrı bir şeyi iyi/ahlaki olduğu için mi buyurur; yoksa Tanrı bir şeyi buyurduğu için mi o şey iyi/ahlaki olur” sorusunda kendini bulmuştur. Ahlakın nedensel kökenini sorgulayan bu soru, ahlak metafiziğinin en temel konularından birini oluşturur ve felsefe ve teolojinin ortak bir alanını teşkil eder. Bu makalede, öncelikle Platon’un Euthyphron-ikilemini diyaloğunda nasıl ortaya konduğu analiz edilmiştir. İkilem ayrıca onun felsefesindeki metafizik arka planını teşkil eden Tanrı ve İyilik İdesi ilişkisi çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Daha sonra ikilemin, tarihi süreçte ahlak düşüncesindeki temel değişimine kısaca işaret edilmiştir. Bu değişim, ahlak metafiziğindeki iki paradigma değişimi çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir. Tanrı ve ahlak tasavvurunda köklü değişimlerden birincisi, İbrahimi dinler bağlamında gelişen mutlak İlah anlayışının felsefeye hâkim olmasıdır. İkincisi ise, özerk aklın Yeniçağ felsefesinde ahlak düşüncesine girmesidir.
dc.description.abstractThe relationship between the God and morality has acquired a philosophical identity in Plato’s perception at earliest. Plato has made this issue a philosophical problem in the Euthyphro dialogue and investigates this relationship in a paradoxical way. In contemporary world, this dilemma has found place in the question of “whether the God orders something due to its being good/ethical, or the thing becomes good/ethical since the God has ordered it”. This question, which Examines the causal origin of morality, constitutes one of the most fundamental issues of moral metaphysics and constitutes a common field of philosophy and theology. In this paper, first of all, how Plato poses the Euthyphron-dilemma in his dialogue is analyzed. The dilemma is also investigated regarding the relationship between the God and the idea of the good which constitutes the metaphysical background in Plato’s Philosophy. Later, the dilemma’s fundamental change throughout the historical process is addressed briefly. This change is evaluated considering a framework of two paradigm change in ethics metaphysics. The first of the radical changes in the conception of God and morality is that the perception of absolute God has dominated the philosophy inherited from Abrahamic religions. The latter one is autonomous reason entering into ethics in modern philosophy.
