    Syrische geflüchtete kinder in der Türkei und in Deutschland : nicht regierungsorganısationen, die im bereich bildung tätig sind

    In this study were analyzed the subjective approaches of the employees working for nongovernmental organizations that are active for the education of Syrian refugee children in Germany and Turkey. For this analysis, qualitative research methods were used, and semi-structured interviews were conducted. Interview results were grouped by the help of the category formation method, and outcomes were interpreted. The focus of the research is the examination of the perceptions, differences, and similarities of nongovernmental organization employees regarding education, in two different countries: Germany and Turkey. First, the studies on education, non-governmental organizations, and refugee children, additionally the elements that can affect the outcomes, such as laws, were expressed, then the qualitative research was conducted. According to the outcomes of the study, it was observed that the perceptions regarding education show similarities in two different countries and among the employees. On the other hand, differences regarding the focused areas in two different countries were noticed. Furthermore, perceptional differences between the employees in two different countries were also observed while the opinions of the employees in the same countries were more close to each other. In the conclusion part of the thesis, hypothesizes were formed by the help of the gathered and analyzed data.
