Birden fazla hükümdeki cezaların toplanması koşullu salıverilme ve denetimli serbestlik sürelerinin hesaplanması bakımından kişinin kapalı ceza infaz kurumunda geçireceği sürenin belirlenmesi noktasında büyük bir öneme sahiptir. 17.08.2016 tarih ve 671 sayılı KHK ile 14.04.2020 tarih ve 7242 sayılı kanunla yapılan değişiklikler uyarınca bu sürelerin hesaplanması basit bir toplama işleminden çıkarak farklı uygulamalara neden olmuştur. Nitekim suç tipleri bakımından farklı koşullu salıverilme oranları ve denetimli serbestlik süreleri düzenlenmektedir. Bu ise birden fazla hükümdeki cezaların toplanmasında birden çok ihtimale sebep olmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı söz konusu ihtimalleri inceleyerek mevcut durumu ortaya koymaktır.With the Turkish Criminal Law reform, sentencing of multiple current offences is removed from the penal code and regulated in the law of criminal execution as a simple addition process. Multipleoffence sentencing has a great importance in determining the time the person will serve in an execution institution in terms of probation and parole. In accordance with the amendments made with the Decree Law No. 671 dated 17.08.2016 and the law dated 14.04.2020 and numbered 7242, the calculation of these periods is currently not a simple addition process and causes in different applications. Different parole rates and probation periods are regulated in terms of crime types. This causes more than one applicable possibility in the multiple-offence sentencing.
