Paylı Mülkiyette Pay Üzerinde Tasarruf ve Payın Korunması

Mülkiyet, tek kişi mülkiyeti ve birlikte mülkiyet şeklinde yapılan ayrıma göre iki çeşittir. Birlikte mülkiyet de kendi içerisinde paylı mülkiyet ve elbirliği mülkiyeti olmak üzere ikiye ayrılmaktadır. Elbirliği mülkiyetinin sadece kanunda öngörülen hallerde mümkün olduğu (TMK m.701/1) düşünüldüğünde asıl olan birlikte mülkiyet türünün paylı mülkiyet olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Bu nedenle paylı mülkiyet ilişkisinin uygulamada sıkça karşımıza çıkması gündeme gelmektedir. Paylı mülkiyet ilişkisinin temelini oluşturan "pay" kavramı ise bu ilişkinin temelini oluşturmakta ve üzerine inceleme yapılmayı gerektirmektedir. Bu kapsamda paydaşların kendi payları üzerinde gerçekleştirebilecekleri tasarruf işlemleri ve paylarına karşı gerçekleşecek ihlallere karşı paylarını hangi yollarla koruyabilecekleri çalışmamızın ana konusunu oluşturmaktadır.
Assessing Advanced Technological Applications at Airports in Türkiye

Industry 4.0 is a revolutionary industrial management concept that uses today's modern technological products and has led to the emergence of new concepts such as artificial intelligence, robotics and autonomous systems. Aviation is one of the industries where these advanced technologies are first adapted and most intensively applied. Robotics and autonomous systems are benefited in the production, maintenance, and repair of hybrid and electric-powered aircraft. Industry 4.0 components such as machine learning and artificial intelligence are also being utilized in areas like advanced flight control systems, flight schedule planning and advanced air traffic control. Measuring the level of technology adaptation at airports plays an important role in managing investments and determining customer satisfaction. Therefore, analyzing the latest technological investment decisions at airports is crucial. One of the various tools that can be utilized for this evaluation is fuzzy multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) methods. In this study, technological applications in the airports in Türkiye are examined with an integrated fuzzy PIPRECIA-TOPIS MCDM methodology. The experts from the industry are consulted for their opinions. This study aims to contribute to the evaluation of technology use in the aviation industry.
The Tailed Signature of Cânibî Ali Pasha, Ottoman Ambassador to Vienna

Ali Pasha (no later than 1690‑20 April 1743), with the byname “Cânib”, which means inspection officer at the Naval Arsenal, ascended in the Arsenal chancery. He was re-garded as a prudent financial expert. Ali Pasha was sent as grand ambassador by the Sublime Porte to the Habsburg residence in 1740 for the reconstruction and renewal of Ottoman-Austrian relations after the 1739 Treaty of Belgrade. He was a powerful Otto-man bureaucrat whose career reached as far as Egypt, and had close relations with Sultan Mahmud I and Hekimoğlu Ali Pasha, one of the grand viziers of the period. In the same year and for the same reason, the Habsburg grand ambassador Count Ulfeld was dispatched to Istanbul. These reciprocal diplomatic missions marked the last exchange of great ambassadors, and in terms of delegations, are the largest in the history of Ottoman Habsburg diplomatic relations.
The Examination of the Association between Meta-Emotions and Psychological Symptoms

Introduction: Cryptocurrencies are digital assets that differ from traditional currencies in their unique characteristics. An increasing number of individuals are showing interest in cryptocurrency trading and spending long hours engaged in this activity. Current studies point out that some behaviors of cryptocurrency investors may be associated with problematic mental health outcomes. The present study aims to investigate problematic cryptocurrency trading behaviors and to examine these behaviors in terms of gambling disorder and psychological risk factors. Methods: Two hundred four volunteered participants whose ages ranged between 18 and 65 years (mean = 31.62, SD = 6.95) were recruited. For data collection, the Problematic Cryptocurrency Trading Scale, Problem Gambling Severity Index, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Revised – Abbreviated Form, UPPS Impulsive Behavior Scale, and Positive and Negative Affect Schedule were administered. Results: Findings demonstrated that participants exhibiting symptoms of problematic cryptocurrency trading had higher levels of problem gambling severity, negative emotions, extraversion, and urgency, along with lower levels of premeditation and perseverance. Additionally, the linear regression with backward elimination revealed that problem gambling severity and extraversion are associated with problematic cryptocurrency trading. Conclusion: These findings suggest that greater engagement in cryptocurrency speculation may be associated with increased gambling behaviors and that both activities could be linked to underlying personality traits, impulsivity, and negative emotions.
STANDORTPLANUNG EINER WINDKRAFTANLAGE: EINE FALLANALYSE AUS DER TÜRKEI

Der Konsum hat aufgrund des Anstiegs der Weltbevölkerung und des Wirtschaftswachstums rapide zugenommen. Der Anstieg des Verbrauchs hat zu einem Anstieg des Energiebedarfs geführt. Man geht davon aus, dass diese Situation durch Lösungen wie mehr Energieproduktion und effizientere Energienutzung bewältigt werden kann. Allerdings sollten bei der Entwicklung dieser Lösungen auch die Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltauswirkungen des Energiesektors berücksichtigt werden. In diese Richtung nimmt die Nutzung der Windenergie weltweit zu. Die Türkei gehört aufgrund seiner Lage zu den am besten geeigneten Ländern des Windenergiepotenzials. Ziel dieser Studie ist es, die aktuelle Situation von Windparks in der Türkei zu untersuchen. Zu diesem Zweck wird die Standortbestimmung der geplanten Windkraftanlage in Tekirdağ, einer der Provinzen mit dem höchsten Potenzial in der Türkei, mit multikriteriellen Entscheidungsunterstützungs (MCDM)-Ansätzen diskutiert. Die zehn Faktoren, die bei der Windparkinstallation bewertet werden können, wurden durch Literaturrecherche und Feedback von Experten ermittelt und die Gewichte dieser Faktoren mit der AHP berechnet. Mithilfe von Gewichten und TOPSIS werden zehn Standorte in Tekirdağ im Hinblick auf die Anwendbarkeit von Windparks aufgelistet. Infolgedessen wurde der Standort 22 km vom Bezirk Şarköy entfernt als am besten geeigneter Punkt ermittelt. Ziel ist es, dass die Studie in Zukunft zu Studien zur nachhaltigen Energiebewertung beitragen wird.
